By accessing and using Banana Island Adventure Park (the “Park”) website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use this website or participate in any activities at the Adventure Park.
The Park offers various outdoor activities such as zip-lines, rope course, climbing walls, bouncing nets, human slingshot, airbag jump, free fall and a giant swing. Participation in these activities is subject to safety rules, which must be followed to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
You acknowledge that activities at the Adventure Park can potentially result in serious injury or death if safety rules are not followed. By participating, you assume all risks and liabilities for any damage, injuries, or death resulting from non-compliance with the safety rules and recommendations provided by the Park.
You are responsible for adhering to the safety rules and ensuring your own safety during activities. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Park without a refund.
Each ticket grants access to the Park’s facilities for a maximum of 2 hours. The management reserves the right to halt activities due to adverse weather conditions for the safety of all participants.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or resold.
The Park is not liable for any incidents arising from participation if the safety rules are not followed or if participants act under false pretenses. The Park is not responsible for damage to or loss of personal belongings.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or participation in Park activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar.
By continuing to use this website or participate in Park activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Preliminary safety instructions are provided at the time of registration and are further explained during the mandatory introduction course by our trained monitors.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be used during all activities. The use of personal equipment is strictly prohibited.
Participants must return all safety equipment before leaving the Adventure Park. Failure to return equipment will result in a penalty and additional fees will apply accordingly.
Participants must be in adequate physical and mental condition to engage in Park activities. The Park reserves the right to deny access or discontinue participation for individuals who do not meet the minimum safety requirements.
Access to more challenging circuits requires authorization from monitors, based on your ability demonstrated in easier circuits.
Monitors supervise participants, provide advice, and intervene when necessary. Participants must be autonomous and responsible for their own safety following the introduction course. The following rules must be observed:
